Data Safety
How Pryseflow protects your information.
Data safety on Pryseflow is about protecting customer accounts, transactions, and marketplace activity with layered controls, practical safeguards, and clear operational boundaries.
Security overview
Pryseflow uses layered security controls to protect your account, orders, and payment-related data. While no system can guarantee complete security, we aim to apply best-practice safeguards throughout the platform.
What data we protect
Account data such as your name, phone number, and email where applicable.
Order data including merchant, items, modifiers, totals, delivery or pickup details, and order status history.
Wallet and promotion data including balances, credits, coupon usage, and reward history where enabled.
Device and app signals used for stability, security, and fraud prevention.
How we secure your account
Authentication controls help support secure sign-in flows and account checks.
Session protection reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
Brute-force and abuse controls are planned through rate limits and anomaly detection where needed.
Payments and sensitive information
Payments may be processed by third-party processors, so Pryseflow does not need to store full card details.
Transaction references and payment status are stored for reconciliation, receipts, refunds, and disputes.
Wallet features where enabled will follow strict validation and audit trails during backend implementation.
Data access and least privilege
Internal access to user data should be limited to what is required for support and operations.
Support actions should be logged where applicable as the platform matures.
Merchants only see what they need to fulfill your order, such as items, instructions, and fulfillment details.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Order and payment records may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
You can request deletion through the account deletion flow, although some data may still be retained if required.
What you can do to stay safe
Keep your device secured with a PIN or biometric lock.
Do not share one-time codes, verification codes, or passwords.
Avoid using rooted or jailbroken devices for sensitive actions where possible.
Keep the app updated so you receive security improvements.
Report a security concern
If you believe your account has been compromised or you notice suspicious activity, use the Help Center to contact support as soon as possible. Backend support workflows will be wired during implementation.
