Rules for using Pryseflow marketplace, wallet, and services.
These terms set the expectations for using Pryseflow as a customer on the marketplace. They explain how ordering, payments, fulfillment, account usage, and platform conduct are meant to work.
Important notice
These Terms govern your access to and use of Pryseflow's mobile app and related services, including browsing stores, placing orders, payments, delivery or pickup coordination, wallet credits, promotions, and support. This content is provided for product readiness and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.
1) Who we are
Pryseflow is a marketplace platform that connects customers with merchants and enables ordering, payments, and fulfillment coordination. Merchants operate independently and are responsible for their own products, pricing, availability, and fulfillment.
2) Eligibility and account registration
You must provide accurate account information such as your name, phone number, and email where applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
You must notify Pryseflow if you suspect unauthorized access.
3) Marketplace ordering and fulfillment
Product and service listings are provided by merchants and may change, including price, availability, variants, modifiers, and delivery fees.
By placing an order, you authorize Pryseflow to transmit your order to the merchant for fulfillment.
Merchant fulfillment times are estimates and may vary because of demand, stock, preparation time, or external events.
If your order contains restricted items, you must comply with applicable age and identity requirements where relevant.
4) Prices, fees, and taxes
Prices shown may include or exclude taxes depending on merchant configuration and local regulations.
Delivery and service fees may apply and are disclosed at checkout where available.
Promotions and discounts may have limits, expiry dates, and eligibility rules.
5) Payments and Pryseflow Wallet
Payments may be processed through third-party processors and are subject to their terms.
Wallet funds and credits where enabled may have limits, expiry rules, and non-transferable restrictions depending on the promotion type.
You must ensure sufficient funds and payment method validity before placing an order.
6) Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Cancellation availability depends on the merchant's order stage. Once preparation begins, cancellation may be restricted.
Refunds, partial refunds, and adjustments are evaluated based on order details, merchant confirmation, and available evidence.
Chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while disputes are investigated.
7) Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup details must be accurate, including address, instructions, and contact number.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high demand, or merchant constraints.
For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting the order within a reasonable time after it is marked ready.
8) User conduct
Do not misuse the app through fraudulent orders, harassment, abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise systems.
Do not submit false claims for refunds or missing items.
Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
9) Content and intellectual property
Pryseflow's app, branding, interface, and platform features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its proprietary content except as permitted by law.
10) Privacy and data usage
Your personal information is handled according to Pryseflow's Privacy Policy. This includes data used to create your account, support order fulfillment, provide support, improve the product experience, and prevent fraud.
11) Data safety and security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
You should keep your device secure with a PIN or biometrics, avoid sharing one-time codes, and keep your app updated.
If you suspect suspicious activity, contact support promptly.
12) Account deletion
You may request account deletion through the account deletion section. Some information may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and transaction recordkeeping.
13) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
We may also restrict features for safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
14) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Pryseflow provides the platform on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pryseflow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, merchant fulfillment issues, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pryseflow after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
