We want people using Pryseflow to understand what information is collected, why it is needed, and how it supports ordering, payments, fulfillment, and support across the marketplace.

This Privacy Policy explains how Pryseflow collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Pryseflow marketplace app and related services. This policy is written for product readiness and should be reviewed by legal counsel prior to production launch. Where local laws apply, your rights and our obligations may vary by country or region.
1) What Pryseflow is
Pryseflow is a marketplace platform that connects customers with merchants, including stores, restaurants, and service providers. The app enables browsing, placing orders, payment processing through third-party providers, delivery or pickup coordination, wallet credits where enabled, promotions, and customer support.
2) Information we collect
Account information: name, phone number, email where applicable, and profile image if you choose to add one.
Order information: selected merchant, items, variants, modifiers, special instructions, quantities, totals, and status history.
Fulfillment information: delivery address or pickup location, notes, recipient contact details, and timestamps.
Payment information: payment method type, transaction references, payment status, and receipts. Full card details are typically handled by the payment provider, not stored by Pryseflow.
Wallet and promotions: wallet balance, credits, top-ups where enabled, voucher use, and referral or reward history where enabled.
Support communications: messages, emails, chat logs, and any content you provide when contacting support.
Device and app data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and identifiers needed for analytics and security.
Location data where enabled: approximate location for nearby stores, delivery estimates, and suggestions. Exact location is used only if you grant permission.
3) How we use your information
To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
To process and fulfill orders by sending order details to merchants and coordinating delivery or pickup.
To process payments and handle refunds or adjustments where applicable.
To operate wallet features, credits, and promotions where enabled.
To provide customer support and resolve disputes such as missing items, wrong items, refunds, or chargebacks.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to accounts and transactions.
To improve the app experience, troubleshoot issues, and measure performance.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations such as financial recordkeeping, audits, and tax requirements where applicable.
4) Legal bases
Contract or service delivery: to provide the services you request, including orders, delivery, and support.
Legitimate interests: to improve safety, reduce fraud, and enhance platform reliability.
Consent: for optional features such as precise location or certain marketing communications where applicable.
Legal obligations: for recordkeeping and compliance related to transactions and disputes.
5) Sharing and disclosure
Merchants receive the information needed to fulfill your order, including items, instructions, and delivery details.
Delivery partners or couriers where applicable receive the details needed to complete fulfillment.
Payment processors handle payment processing and confirmations and may manage sensitive payment details.
Service providers may support infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support tools only as needed.
Legal and compliance disclosures may happen if required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
6) What we do not sell
Pryseflow does not sell your personal information to data brokers. We share information only for service delivery, platform operations, compliance, or where you direct us to share it.
7) Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for platform operations.
Order and transaction records may be retained for compliance, audits, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and financial recordkeeping.
Support records may be retained to improve support quality and resolve ongoing issues.
We aim to retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
8) Security and safeguards
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
We limit internal access to personal data based on operational need.
We monitor for suspicious activity where appropriate to reduce fraud and abuse.
No system is perfectly secure, so you should also protect your device and account.
9) Your choices and controls
Update your profile information in Manage Account.
Control app appearance and preferences where available.
Manage permissions such as location through your device settings.
Opt out of certain communications where applicable.
10) Your rights
Access: request a copy of your personal information where applicable.
Correction: update inaccurate information such as your name or phone number.
Deletion: request account deletion.
Objection or restriction: object to certain processing or request restriction where the law permits.
Portability: request export of certain data where the law provides that right and it is technically feasible.
11) Account deletion
You can request deletion through the account deletion flow. After deletion, some data may still be retained where required for legal compliance, transaction recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
12) Children
Pryseflow is not intended for use by children without appropriate legal consent or supervision where required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact support.
13) International transfers
Your information may be processed in locations where Pryseflow or its service providers operate. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
14) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the policy version and effective date. Your continued use of Pryseflow after updates means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.
